Lift was not working so my 60 years old mother had to use satir,
We had to go outside for breakfast, lunch and dinner which was very painful for my 60years old mother,
Inspite of so many requests they did not solve any of the above issues
Even they failed to provide us 1ltr water bottle they provide us 5ltr water bottle, it was very hard to drink water from 5ltr bottle because jug and glass provided by hotel was too dirty,
So every day we had to bring 1ltr drinking water bottle from outside,
So just imagine how difficult was to stay there for us for 3night
This hotel is operated by arrogant people they will not listen to your issues at all.
If you are planning digha trip with your family then my request do not waste your money to book this hotel because they are enough capable to spoil your trip.
I have tried my best to share my horrible experience during my stay with my family rest is your choice.
